By participating in the Disgo Bingo event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participants must be 21 years or older to enter, as the event takes place at alcohol-serving venues.
Proof of age may be required at participating venues.

Participants must use the Disgo app to tap in at participating venues using NFC technology.
The event runs from March 7th to March 15th, 2025, and only check-ins during this period will be counted.
Prizes are awarded based on completion of rows or columns on the Bingo card:
✅ 1 Row or Column Completed → AVAX and MyStandard tokens airdropped into the participant’s Disgo wallet (hosted by Privy.io) to the first 1,000 users.
✅ 2 or More Rows or Columns Completed → Disgo or AVAX merch (must be picked up in person at Disgo’s designated pop-up events) to the first 100 users.
✅ Full Bingo Card Completed (All 3 Rows or Columns) – First 4 Players Win Cash Prizes:
- 🥇 1st Place: $1,000
- 🥈 2nd Place: $750
- 🥉 3rd Place: $500
- 🏅 4th Place: $250
Cash prizes will only be sent via Venmo or wire transfer (participants must provide valid details).

AVAX and MyStandard tokens and cash prizes will be distributed within 30 days after the event ends.
Disgo reserves the right to verify winners and disqualify fraudulent activity before issuing prizes.
Merch prizes must be picked up in person at designated pop-up locations during SXSW week. No shipping is provided.

NFC check-ins must be completed in person at participating venues.
Any attempt to game or manipulate check-ins (e.g., spoofing locations, multiple accounts) will result in disqualification.
Disgo is not responsible if a participating venue is unable or unwilling to honor a perk, prize, or discount associated with Disgo Bingo. Venue perks are arranged in good faith, but availability is ultimately at the discretion of the venue.
Disgo reserves the right to change or cancel the event, prize distribution, or terms at its sole discretion.

By participating in Disgo Bingo, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attending venues, consuming alcohol, and participating in the event.
Disgo is not responsible if a venue denies or fails to provide an agreed-upon perk, prize, or discount. Venue participation is subject to their own policies, staffing, and availability.
Disgo and its partners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Disgo, its affiliates, and participating venues from any claims, losses, or liabilities related to the event.

By participating in Disgo Bingo, you consent to the collection and use of your check-in data for the purpose of verifying eligibility and awarding prizes.
Disgo will not share or sell personal data but may use aggregated, anonymized data for event analysis and future promotions.
Participants can request data deletion by contacting [Your Support Email].

Disgo Bingo is not affiliated with or sponsored by SXSW.
Disgo is not responsible for venue access restrictions, technical issues, or lost prizes due to incorrect participant details.

By participating, you acknowledge that all decisions by Disgo regarding eligibility, winnings, and prize distribution are final.
